Manchmal bereiten die Iraner Snacks auf der Basis von Tee oder Obst zu. Insbesondere Obst wird nicht als Bestandteil der Hauptmahlzeiten gegessen, sondern oft als getrocknetes Obst und N\u00fcsse genascht, vor allem beim abendlichen Snack: N\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Rosinen, <strong>Pistazien<\/strong>, <strong>Datteln <\/strong>und <strong>Feigen<\/strong>. Obst spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle in diesem Land und wird \u00fcber die normale Verwendung hinaus manchmal verwendet, um Fleisch und Reis zu w\u00fcrzen.    <br\/><br\/><strong>Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck kann man <strong>Joghurt<\/strong> probieren, der, wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, das Hauptnahrungsmittel dieser Kultur ist, oder die Iraner trinken \u00fcblicherweise <strong>Tee<\/strong>. In den letzten Jahren sind auch Kekse und Zwieback, die das Ergebnis des schnellen Lebens und der Kolonialisierung der M\u00e4rkte sind, Teil der iranischen Essgewohnheiten geworden. In \u00e4rmeren Familien wird manchmal eine Getreidesuppe zubereitet: Diese Gewohnheit ist typisch f\u00fcr weniger wohlhabende Familien, da sie ein sehr nahrhaftes Gericht darstellt, aber gleichzeitig sehr kosteng\u00fcnstig ist.    <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>Mittag- oder Abendessen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Als <strong>Hauptmahlzeiten<\/strong> wird meistens <strong>Reis<\/strong> (Ber\u00e8nj) serviert, besonders die Sorte \u201edom\u2019si\u00e0h\u201c (schwarzer Schwanz). Diese Reissorte, die in der Region des Kaspischen Meeres w\u00e4chst, hat ein langes, d\u00fcnnes Korn und wird haupts\u00e4chlich ged\u00e4mpft. In vielen typischen Gerichten wird Reis mit Fleisch, Fisch oder Gem\u00fcse kombiniert. Auch <strong>H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte <\/strong>spielen eine grundlegende Rolle; tats\u00e4chlich sind sie nach Reis die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten Zutaten, entweder allein oder in vegetarischen Gerichten. Zu den einzigartigen Gerichten geh\u00f6rt \u201e<strong>Borani<\/strong>\u201c: Spinat und Knoblauch mit Joghurt, \u201e<strong>kuk\u00f9<\/strong>\u201c: Gem\u00fcse- und Kr\u00e4uteromeletts, \u201e<strong>aash\/\u0101sh<\/strong>\u201c: Gem\u00fcsesuppe, zus\u00e4tzlich zu den H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten. Die Iraner bereiten auch einzigartige Gerichte auf Fleischbasis zu, wie \u201e<strong>Khoresh<\/strong>\u201c.      <br\/><br\/>Das am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete <strong>Fleisch <\/strong>(Gusht auf Persisch) ist <strong>Lammfleisch<\/strong>, aber auch Rind-, Kalb- oder <strong>H\u00fchnerfleisch <\/strong>findet man auf dem typischen iranischen Tisch. Diese Fleischsorten werden meistens am Spie\u00df und auf dem Grill zubereitet, k\u00f6nnen aber auch gebraten werden. Die Iraner lieben auch <strong>Innereien<\/strong> wie Leber und Gehirn von Rind und Lamm. Der haupts\u00e4chlich konsumierte Fisch stammt aus dem Mittelmeer, wie Forelle, Schwertfisch und Lachs.
