Scandinavian Splendor Expedition A special journey for those interested in exploring Northern Europe and the Scandinavian countries, beginning in Germany and continuing through the beautiful countries of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. This journey will take you through the historical Viking lands and connect your route to the North Sea, where you’ll board the Fjordline ferry to Denmark. You’ll then proceed by car to Germany.
Your journey will start by entering the heart of Europe and the commercial capital, Hamburg. It’s a dreamy trip that commences with a boat ride through the waterways of Hamburg, followed by a car journey through northern Germany, crossing into Denmark and staying in Copenhagen. You’ll also explore Sweden with a stop in Stockholm before reaching Oslo, the capital of Norway.
After your stay and exploration in Oslo, the journey continues with a passage through Norway’s incredible natural landscapes to the westernmost point of the country, where the beautiful Fjordline ferry is anchored in Bergen. After a short stay in this city, your exciting journey will proceed with an overnight ferry ride, and you’ll have the chance to visit the region’s rocky attractions and beautiful waterfalls.
The Scandinavian Splendor Expedition continues to Hirtshals in northern Denmark. From there, by car, you’ll cross the length of Denmark, returning to Hamburg, where your journey will come to an end.

On the ninth day, we will leave the city of Oslo and head to Bergen, located in the western part of Norway on the northern coast. Bergen’s historic district offers a fascinating journey into the past of the Hanseatic League, an old trading city. The city is surrounded by seven mountains that create breathtaking panoramic views around Bergen.
During our journey between these two cities, we will witness an abundance of natural attractions that are unmatched in any other part of Europe. We will spend the night in the city of Bergen
You will stay overnight on the ship
After experiencing an overnight stay on the cruise ship, you’ll have a brief stop in another coastal town in Norway, Stavanger.
Stavanger is a unique old town with 173 white wooden houses built around 1800. You’ll explore the town’s artistic atmosphere with numerous galleries and craft shops.
After about 24 hours of travel on the cruise, you’ll arrive in Hirtshals, in northern Denmark. You’ll continue your journey to Hamburg, which is about a 5-hour drive.
