The first day of The Week of Persia tour ,We travel to Kashan, which is one of the most important cultural cities in Iran and located at the border of mountains and desert. After spending a day in Kashan, our journey continues on the road to Isfahan by visiting Abyaneh, one of the oldest villages in Iran en-route.

Two days full of architectural wonders in Isfahaneach having a hidden story in its bosom, is your next experience. After Isfahan, our next destination is Shiraz for two days. Shiraz is famous for its poetry and wine. The diversity of food and restaurants will be a highlight of your trip. Also, Shiraz is unique for the peaceful and amazing Persian Gardens full of orange trees.

On the first day of The Week of Persia tour, We travel to Kashan, which is one of the most important cultural cities in Iran and located at the border of mountains and desert. In Kashan, we visit a world heritage Persian garden and several monuments from the 17th to 19th Century. After spending a day in Kashan, our journey continues on the road to Isfahan by visiting Abyaneh, one of the oldest villages in Iran en route. Then we continue to Isfahan with a stop in Natanz to visit one of the oldest mosques of Iran and a Sassanid fire temple. Depending on time, we visit two magnificent bridges in Isfahan once we arrive there.
Two days full of architectural wonders in Isfahan, each having a hidden story in its bosom, is your next experience. Be amazed by the most beautiful mosques in Iran and the variety of arts in the Bazaar and Palaces. Also, you are invited to a live music performance in a music museum by Iranian artists and Persian instruments.
After Isfahan, our next destination is Shiraz for two days. It is a long drive from Isfahan to Shiraz with a stop on the way to visit Pasargadae, where the Cyrus the Great Tomb is. Shiraz is famous for its poetry and wine. The diversity of food and restaurants will be a highlight of your trip. Also, Shiraz is unique because of the peaceful and amazing Persian Gardens full of orange trees. On the last day, we drive for one hour to visit Persepolis, the most glorious heritage in Iran from the Persian empire, and then visit Naqsh-Rostam, the tomb of Darius and his grandchildren, and several Sasanid inscriptions.

Day 1 : ✈ 🕶️ Driving to Kashan and city tour

Welcome to Iran, a land full of wonders. Your guide who accompanies you during this trip will welcome you at the IKA airport with a bunch of flowers. IKA airport is located in the southern part of Tehran alongside a highway connecting Tehran all the way to the Persian Gulf in the south of Iran. You would be transfer directly to Kashan, which located at the border of Zagros mountains to the desert and famous for rosewater and textile industry. In Kashan we visit a world heritage Persian garden and several monuments from 17th to 19th Century. You will see: Fin garden, Borujerdi and Tabatabaii historical houses, Spltan-Ahmad bathhouse, Aqa-Bozorg mosque and Kashan Bazaar. You will Experience: Walking in one of the best Persian garden of Iran and also we will try the special ice cream of Kashan which made of rosewater. You will know: How they produce rosewater from roses in Kashan and how was the tradition of public bathhouses in the past. Distances: Ika airport to Kashan is 180 km (less than 2 hours) Accommodation: A traditional 4star hotel in Kashan

Day 2 : 🕶️ Driving to Isfahan and city tour

After leaving Kashan and spending one hour on the road, we visit Abyaneh, a village from thousands years ago with a different culture and landscape. Then we continue to Isfahan and will visit one of the oldest mosque of Iran and two magnificent bridges there. You will see: Abyaneh village, Jame mosque of Isfahan, Si-o-se-pol and Khaju bridges You will Experience: The lifestyle of people in Abyaneh village and walking on the bridges in Isfahan. You will know: The process of developing Jame mosque of Isfahan and the difference of architecture in Islamic era in Iran. Distances: Kashan to Isfahan via Abyaneh is 250km (About 2 hours and half) Accommodation: A 4star hotel in Isfahan

Day 3 : City tour in Isfahan

A full day sightseeing in Isfahan including Naqsh-e-Jahan square which is a huge area and the second biggest square in the world. In the square we visit two spectacular mosques and two glorious palaces and all around the square is full of shops which you can find the best souvenir of Iran. In the afternoon on other side of the river which called New-Jolfa in the past, we visit an Armanian church and music museum. You will see: Naqsh-e-Jahan square, Imam and Sheikh-Lotfallah mosques, Ali-Qapu edifice, Bazaar, Chehelsotoun palace, Vank church and music museum. You will Experience: Be amazed of the most beautiful mosques in Iran and the variety of arts in Bazaar and Palaces. Also you are invited for a live music performance in music museum by Iranian artist and Persian instruments. You will know: About traditional music of Iran, Safavid dynasty and their culture and art and also how the Shia became the official religion in Iran. Accommodation: A 4star hotel in Isfahan

Day 4 : Driving to Shiraz via Pasargadae

Having a long drive from Isfahan to Shiraz with a stop on the way to visit Pasargadae, where the Cyrus the great tomb is. You will see: Pasargadae You will know: Where was the first Achamenid era begins and Cyrus the great starts an empire. Accommodation: A 4star hotel in Shiraz Distances: Isfahan to Shiraz is 470km (about 5 hours)

Day 5 : City tour in Shiraz

A full day sightseeing in Shiraz, the land of poets and art. We visit a master piece of tiling art in a mosque called “Pink-Mosque” and two Persian gardens full of flowers and orange trees. The Bazaar of Shiraz is famous for having nice spaces and teahouses next to the mosque and a citadel all from 18th century. In the afternoon nowhere is better than Hafiz mausoleum, one of the greatest poet for Iranian as well as Saadi, another great poet from Shiraz. Also we visit ShahCheragh mausoleum which is a big holly shrine for Shia people. You will see: Nasir-Al-Molk mosque, Eram and Narenjestan-Ghavam gardens, Vakil Bazaar, Kharim-Khan citadel, Hafiz, Saadi and Shah-Cheraq mausoleums You will Experience: Be surprised how unbelievable is sun shines through colorful windows on the carpets of the PinkMosque and how beautiful and peaceful are the gardens in Shiraz. Day 6 : Driving to Persepolis and flying back to Tehran

In the morning we drive for one hour to visit Persepolis, the most glorious heritage in Iran from Persian empire and then visit Naqsh-Rostam, the tomb of Darius and his grandchildren and several Sasanid inscriptions. In the afternoon, we fly back to Tehran and transfer directly to IKA airport for your departure flight. You will see: Persepolis, Naqsh-Rostam You will Experience: How impressive was the capital of Persian empire in 500 BC and be amazed of the size of stones in surface and columns and how detailed are the inscriptions and reliefs. Also the size of tombs in Naqsh-Rostam are unbelievable and fantastic. You will know: More about Persian empire in 500 BC Distances: Shiraz to Persepolis is 50km (about 1 hour) Naqsh-Rostam to Shiraz airport is 60km (about 1 hour) Duration of flight to Tehran is 1 hour Accommodation: A 4star hotel in Tehran

Day 7 : City tour in Tehran

At your last day in Iran, you have a full-day experience in Tehran. After visiting the National Museum Designed by Andre Godard, the French Architecture, we will walk to the Golestan Palace, founded by the Qajar kings and also the palace for the Pahlavi kingdom coronations. Inside the Bazaar, you will have the experience of visiting the busiest market in Iran. Jewelry museum is the next destination*.In the afternoon you would transfer to Ika airport to fly back home. You will see: National Museum, Golestan Palace, Grand Bazaar and the Crown Jewels Museum. You will experience: Meet the mixture of modern and traditional way of living in Tehran. Surprising by the amount and size of amazing jewels in the museum. Also you experience how is the Iranians shopping place which called “Bazaar”. You will know: The history of Qajar and Pahlavi dynasties. The development of Tehran from a village to the biggest city of Iran. Distance: Tehran to IKA airport is 40km (about 40 minutes) Note: * Visiting the crown jewels museum based on their working day, the museum is open from Saturday to Tuesday 14-16.30
