  • Ali Qapu:

Ali Qapu Palace is located on the western side of Naghsh-e Jahan Square. This palace is mentioned by tourists because of its special architecture containing six floors. It is said that Safavid Kings sat on the balcony of the palace and watched the games of Polo playing in the square. However, a great experience is visiting the last floor, which is called the Music Hall. This hall used to be home to private banquets and ceremonies for the King. The hollow shapes in the wall, in forms of cups and vessels, retained the echoes and made the sounds clear in all the room. We request that you sing your national anthem with your companions while visiting Ali Qapu Palace and inside the music hall. We have a famous poem by Foroogh Farokhzad (an Iranian famous poet) saying: “it is only sound that lasts”; so immortalize your voice in the music hall that is a remnant of Safavid era.

  • Shah Mosque:

In the southern side of Naghsh-e Jahan Square is the Imam or Shah Mosque. It was made in the Safavid era and is very famous for its numerous Shabestan and the rotation in the building made for Muslims’ Kiblah and also mosaic work of the Safavid era. However, a great experience is singing under the dome of this mosque, for the oustanding echoes of your voice! Find a sign in the center, right directly under the dome and start singing. You will be amazed by the results!
